School fees are scheduled to be paid Quarterly. The dates would be:

- Fees can be paid through cheque, debit/credit cards, NEFT/RTGS. In case of cheques, it should be drawn in favor of PISTA DEVI EDUCATION SOCIETY. It should be account payee only.
- Reverse side of every cheque deposited should contain the Student’s name, Admission No.,Class & Section, Parent’s contact number.
- A default fee of ₹1000 shall be incurred by parents on delay of payment of fees.
- The fees if not paid by 30th of the same month, the name would be struck off and re-admission fee of 2000 will be charged.
- Serious view shall be taken of cheques which bounce. Fine of ₹500 shall have to be paid for a cheque that bounces.
- No outstation cheques will be accepted.
- Parents may deposit the whole years fee at the beginning ofthe session if they desire. In case of passing out or withdrawal and refund of society deposit, the first fee voucher needs to be produced for remitting the amount.
- Parents are requested to retain the fee receipt of each quarter till the end ofthe session.
- Payment will be accepted only in form of cheque/draft. No cash will be accepted.
- Fees once paid is not refundable in any case.
- If the last date for payment of fee happens to be a holiday, the following day shall be taken as the last date.
